Tracie A. Traver, MD, FACOG

Dr. Tracie Traver has more than 25 years of medical experience, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and was a founding member of All Women’s Care in Maryville, TN. She and a colleague started the OB/GYN practice in 1999. Dr. Traver earned her medical degree in 1993 at Louisiana State University in New Orleans and completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the LSU Health Sciences Center. A great deal of her training occurred at the notorious Charity Hospital. She later moved to Knoxville and served at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center for two years before founding her private practice. Now, in 2022, All Women’s Care became a member of Fort Sanders Women’s Specialists!

Dr. Traver is trained in and completed advanced courses, including the Master Robot Surgery Training Program, for robotic-assisted surgery using the daVinci robot. As a result, she’s performed more than 400 daVinci surgeries.

Personal Interests

Dr. Traver earned a pilot’s license while still a teenager, soloing at 17, and says the best advice she ever received from a mentor was “work hard, be honest, and never give up.” The furthest she’s been from home is Tonga in the Southwest Pacific, where she went on a 10-day sailing trip.
